Yachad, The National Jewish Council for Disabilities, is enthusiastic to offer small group, in-person programs as part of Project Community 2020.

Daily programming will include recreational activities, Torah learning, volunteering and most importantly, a summer of fun for members!

Yachad’s two-week sessions will be offered in New York (Long Island, Queens, Riverdale/Washington Heights and Brooklyn) and New Jersey (Bergen County and Passaic County) and follow state and local medical guidelines. There will be up to ten participants per program and activities will take place both indoors and outdoors.

Session 1: July 13-24

Session 3: Aug 10-21

Format:

Day Programming: 5 hours a day
Night Programming: 2-3 times a week

Coed and single gender groups will be offered

Yachad Programs

Registration:

Program participants (individuals with disabilities and peers) will be charged $275 a week/$550 per session. Food is included with registration. Individuals with disabilities and their teenage peers can register here:
